To return an item purchased at RoxiesShop.com, you must call us first at 866-674-4606 to let us know an item is being returned. Please return the item in the same packaging it was shipped. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice (packing slip) with your return along with an explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item and your preference for exchange. If you no longer have your invoice, please include your full name, address and order number, if possible.
